This company needs to evaluate the manager/local leadership they have running this location and representing their brand. The communication is some of the worst I’ve ever seen from a business. We’ve had two separate instances recently where we needed some help from someone, and both time it’s just impossible to get in touch with anyone. Anytime you call the local number (even during regular business hours), it rings a few times and then goes right to voicemail and asks you to leave a message and they’ll call back (or sometimes just goes right to voicemail). Well, don’t waste your time leaving a message because you won’t be getting a call back. I’ve called multiple times in a day and left multiple messages… nothing. I once called the corporate number and was told that the local manager was “online” and they’d tell them to call me back within a few minutes… nothing. If you read recent reviews, you’ll see other people complain about the same thing. I’ve even gone by the office during business days and there’s just no one there… office dark, doors locked. The one time I did go by and get someone, they did help me but He acted like I hadn’t already called multiple times in the previous day. It amazes how people thing they can run a business this way. I get they may not always be able to answer the phone or be in the office, but there should be someone in an “on-call” capacity that can help with issues, especially on the weekends, when most working people are going to their units. If you’re looking to rent here, be prepared for terrible communication and having to pull teeth to even speak with a human. Otherwise, the facility itself is nice and the folks I speak with at corporate are very helpful (there’s just only so much they can do as everything is routed through this “manager”). It’s the communication that sours the experience. Our lease is up at the end of the year and we’ll probably be looking to switch.
Really good experience here! Tia was super helpful and made everything quick and easy. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and she made sure all my questions were answered. Definitely appreciate the great service—would recommend this place if you’re looking for storage!
I went to this place recently to get a unit and let me tell you.. the young lady up there was very helpful. I was so lost in what I needed to do and she explained everything. I left with more confidence and knowledge about moving! The lobby smelled amazing and the place is well kept up. I don't do many Storage units I'm more of the move-in one type of day kind of gal but this young lady, the cleanness, and the mindful words made me have a change of my! I will be back!
Better under previous owner/managment. Issues with being able to make payments, immediate increase when they took over, strange people doing maintenance on the doors, blocking entry and exits. Felt very unsafe. I pay extra for a small unit because it’s supposed to be climate controlled. Went by the other day and it was freezing inside. I do have temperature sensitive items in my unit. Current Pricing is Ludicrous Also, I was not notified my rent due date was changed. They changed it and didn’t not notify me in any form. I was not given 30 day notice of *either* of the increases in rent, and I certainly was not notified of climate control being discounted. I am moving down the street to pay literally half this fee for a larger space. :::Poor communication and price hiking feels like a business that lies when you’re their customer.
Very easy to deal with never had an issue or a hiccup. Office is super clean. Staff is very friendly storage units. Have good pricing as well as very clean.
