We rented a space but decided we may need a larger unit and she couldn’t have been more helpful and delightful to work with! She walked my husband and I to a unit she thought we’d like (she was SPOT on!) and we completed the transfer right then and there! The facility is beautifully maintained and the owner is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! Exceptional customer service from start to finish… I couldn’t be happier with doing business with Public Storage on 69 Mathews Drive in Hilton Head!!

The site was nice. We stored our trailer here for a few days while we visited friends on the Island. The staff were very helpful on the phone getting things set up. We didn't arrive when the office was open but the app worked great for opening the gate and we found our site. The staff were very helpful during checkout too.

The manager Robin is very, very helpful and always enjoy working with her every year we come down. Sometimes we have issues with the website and she always manages to get us through it. She's one of the good ones. 👍👍

We decided we needed a storage unit here in Hilton Head. Although we booked online (which was super easy), we realized the unit wasn't quite what we needed. Thankfully Robin was able to get us the correct unit in no time flat! She was easy peasy to work with and we are so thankful we got the space we needed. The space is super clean and well maintained, elevators are huge and accommodating, and the gates work with no issues. If you need storage in the area, you can't go wrong signing up with the wonderful Mrs. Robin!
