Very good and consistent with letting you know your bill is ready and due, even before the next bill is due and threatening to cut locks and charge extra on top of that besides for the late fee that accrues. Yeah due on the first late fee accrued after 7 days, but I pay my late fees each and every month due to my pay schedule, but even before the month is over I'm getting notice of locks being cutt and I'll add those as soon as I get it for proof, btw I didn't even get a notice of late fee this time, seems a little retaliatory for this post that they asked for.

I have been pleased with the unit and the aera, only down side is that the monthly price has changed a couple of time since I've been using the facility.
