We previewed other storage facilities that were comparable in price and features, but ultimately it was their friendliness, customer focus and commitment to service that won us over! They also get high marks for product and industry knowledge. I would highly recommend this storage facility. Kudos to them and kudos to the hiring manager for recognizing talent. This is just for the original renting process. Everything went real smooth.The young lady that assisted me had great customer service. Everything was explained to me in simple , easy to understand terms. The place is clean and the prices are great price. The location is very convenient for me.
