My experience with smart stops self storage was absolutely wonderful! The representative that handled my reservation as well as showing me my storage unit was very knowledgeable and very informative and had great advice once he found out the pieces of furniture that I was looking to have stored in the facility. Mr Olin was wonderful. I feel that he is a great asset to the company and he seems to take pride in his job as well as love what he does and making sure that the customer is satisfied and happy with the units that they are assigned to. Everything from showing me my unit to explaining to me how to properly use my lock as well as advice on how to place my furniture in the unit LOL. I spoke with him on a few occasions as well as in store to where he advise me on unit size and was capable of upgrading me to a size that better suited my needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to have item store either for a short-term or long-term. The facility was nice and clean and I am very satisfied and I feel safe that my unit will be looked after as far as security and I am also happy with the price. The one month free was absolutely a bonus again Mr Olin was very helpful very professional and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Personally I think that he deserves compensation as well as incentive for the work that he does for the company thanks again Mr Olin for all that you do. Best regards Robin Jeter

Facility is very clean. We felt very safe moving our things into the unit. Love the convenience of booking online and being able to reserve a unit before starting the rental ‘clock’. Also loved being able to open the outside door just using the app! Neat! Staff very friendly and available to help with great follow up and straightforward answers to our questions.

Olin was fantastic!! My husband Steve Had an existing storage unit and was considering changing, so he went in person. (As his google account has been malfunctioning, I am adding review for him from mine.) Olin researched their system and found one on the same floor that had come available, which created such ease of items to transfer, and helped him! Olin even walked my husband to the new locker to show him its exact location, and to ensure the lock provided worked correctly. He had a friendly demeanor and provided great customer service! Would highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting more than just a online reservation, with actual customer service and a personal approach. .
