Overall our experience with Extra Space Storage located at 2130 N Main St., Summerville, SC, was outstanding! From the get go, the sign up process waa straightforward. Our unit was easy to access, secure, and clean. When I called their office number to close out our account, I was warmly greeted by Diane and she played a key role in this process including stopping my automatic monthly payment. Diane was extremely efficient and professional, coupled with her friendly personality! We would highly recommend Extra Space Storage and would rent a storage unit from them again in the future! Super Easy experience. I booked online and it was pretty straightforward. I came the following day to verify my ID and i met the manager and she was super sweet. Her name is Diane. The price is really reasonable. I would highly recommend this storage place for your needs.

Diane was great! The whole rental process from start to finish was easy and smooth. I had an indoor unit and it was amazing, my belongings stayed in great condition. The area itself was safe, and Diane does a great job consistently checking each storage building. I highly recommend this place if you need short or long term storage.
