We got a notification that the rate was going to double in price. This was unexpected and was not told it was a promotional rate. I am also on a strict budget. Went to the office to see what they could do. They were quick to help. They got the rate lowered. The staff is bert friendly and ready to help you. I highly recommend them

Took getting sent to 3 different locations to find a unit. First was almost 200 a month for one unit...the second was supposed to be first month free but then it wasn't and it was still 150 plus. The third location was supposed to be 1st month free which again it wasn't so i gave up and took the third location. Was told the facility was brand new but was sent off site to a much older dilapidated facility where there was obvious water leaking and water damage to the wood beams. All in all if I wasn't in a hurry to offload my moving truck I would have gone elsewhere. The people were friendly and said they were trying to help but by the time it was said and done...felt like a used car salesman shake down. Ill be moving my stuff out as quickly as I can.
