so first, let me say it’s my fault that I misplaced the key to my lock for my storage unit. But there was absolutely no one there to help me break the lock. When you try to call the number there’s no option for Customer Service. So I pressed four to speak to the manager that goes to voicemail. Why? Because there’s absolutely nobody there! See the pictures! So I end up calling reservations as that’s the only people that actually pick up the phone on the automated system. Her solution was called a locksmith or wait. Three days for the manager! Are you serious? Where has Customer Service gone? Where is the person in the office? Where is the sign on the door saying back in an hour? I recommend you choose somewhere else.

The Public Storage in Brentwood is the second location I have rented with and I couldn’t be happier. Special thanks to Juston at the front desk! He went above and beyond to help me with a unit transfer after I realized my original unit wasn’t going to work out. Great location and grounds. One of the best storage facilities I have seen in the greater Nashville area.

I had purchased a unit here. Juston...he was amazing. Everytime I go in to ask a question he always has the answer. He has the best personality. I wish more employees were like him at other businesses would make for a better experience. This facility is super clean. Thank you!

Just visited this Facility I can say Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome! It was 3 of us loading, she was so caring that she went out of her way to accommodate us with bottle waters in this heat! The facility is inside has cold air, very clean, also property is well kept!! 👌 Easy access to load, unload, also move around! Let me add that this facility also has hand sanitizer at the desk. Thank 😊 you Elizabeth your the best!!! Will definitely be back.

You won’t regret choosing this storage facility! My entire experience has been nothing but amazing, and a huge part of that is thanks to Juston. He’s always super friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful every time I stop by. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with access, or just making the whole process smooth—he goes above and beyond. We had to make some changes to our unit and Juston made sure everything worked out perfectly. He’s the kind of person who makes your day better with his positive attitude and professionalism.
