My son is a new freshman at UTC. This place is about 15-20 minutes from campus but so clean and Tina the manager is amazing. Definitely consider this place to store items that don’t fit into a dorm and/or a place to store items during the holiday or in transition of housing arrangements. Very grateful we are using this storage facility!

Outstanding Service from Mike at CubeSmart - Benton Lane, Chattanooga! ​I recently had an absolutely outstanding experience at the CubeSmart location on Benton Lane in Chattanooga, thanks entirely to the help of Mike. ​My move occurred during a massive power outage (a solar issue), which created a stressful and challenging situation. Mike immediately went out of his way to accommodate me, working diligently to ensure I could complete my transaction despite the technical difficulties. He was the definition of patient and professional. Not only did he manage the chaotic situation calmly, but he also proactively called to check on me afterward. His professionalism combined with his extra patience and genuine concern turned what could have been a disaster into a smooth process. I was in this week to put some things in storage and Tina was on duty. I had a special request and she was very helpful in helping me solve my problem. She is very friendly and open to helping customers solve all their storage needs. The facility is very clean and well lit which makes me feel safe taking items to store after hours. I would highly recommend this location and staff.
