She assisted us last year, and now that it is time for my daughter to come home from school again, I can confidently say Jamie made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We’ve been using a 10×5×8 unit for the past 12 months with first-floor access, which made everything extremely convenient. The facility also provides carts and wheeled accommodations to assist with moving items in and out, which made a huge difference during move-in and move-out. Throughout the entire time, Jamie has been consistent, professional, and genuinely supportive. Even when things were challenging, she handled everything with patience and care, always going above and beyond. Jamie is warm, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. What stands out most is how she looks out for my daughter while she is away at college and steps in to help however she can. That level of service is rare. CubeSmart overall has been excellent. The pricing is fair, the location is convenient and feels safe, and the facility is one of the best I’ve seen in over 10 years—clean, climate-controlled, well-maintained, and bug-free. Highly recommend Jamie Leach and this CubeSmart location.
