What can I say....they are GREAT. First it was Jayme. She was excellent in every way. She told me she was there only for a few days but Chris would be there and he would take better care of me that she could, so nice of her to say! Well, I then met Chris and Susie when I went back to finalize my reservation. They were both GREAT! Very attentive, and knowledgeable, and super helpful in every way. So that is that staff, and I have not even mentioned the place itself! It is so clean you can eat off the floor! Nice and easy to get to the units, there is a bathroom downstairs in case you stay longer than what you thought, it is simply the best place I have seen when it comes to storage. I TOTALLY recommend it. Ah, and also, the location is excellent, right off Highway 75. I am very happy that I chose CubeSmart. Addendum - 5 months later… The place is still good, but suddenly they raised my rate from 116.00 to around 160.00, no explanation, nothing. Simply either pay, or get your stuff out. Obviously, there isn’t anything one can do because moving the stuff will cost way more than their raise in fees. It is ABSOLUTELY unfair, bordering illegal. I am no longer happy with the place and will remove my things as soon as possible. I am disappointed. The manager is a nice man, and the place still nice, but that, raising the price so much, is unacceptable. I cannot wait to be able to take my things out. What a shame.
