This facility has a great deal for your initial rental. Affordable in the beginning, but they continue to raise your rental for the duration no matter how long you stay. What makes it all worth the money is Patrick! What a great guy! He’s helpful, informative & he just comes by on the golf cart to say hi & check on you! Super pleasant with a big smile when you walk into the office. You might find a better place to to store, but they won’t have Patrick!

From the first contact with Patrick, on site manager, he began addressing my needs within my budget. Having given more thought to my needs he arranged me another unit prior to my moving in, which gave me better access. Throughout my year stay Patrick and I became friends and talked mostly about trucks and motorcycles. Upon giving my notice to vacate, I was introduce to another SROA property manager, Jamie, whom I can tell is being well groomed by Patrick.
