My unit was broken into. I called and reported it they never came out to fix or offer me a new unit. Isn’t any real security can easy get in the gate

Location is not secure and when I arrived the code that was given to me did not work. I will not be using this facility long. I would definitely recommend the most secure lock you can find. As of Dec 31st, my code still isn’t working and the supervisor was “too busy” to taker my call. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you value your possessions, I would not rent from here. I will be moving out tomorrow. This is an image of what the ceilings in my facility look like.

The previous company (Red Dot) couldn’t protect my materials in storage so I stopped paying until the police could finish what they had to do. The next thing you know Red Dot is bought out & there’s still no accountability for my lost items. Of course these Devon crooks come in and try to bill me for months missed to get my belongings back. Threatening me with auction and all. The police still aren’t done with this case & my items are long gone. Crappy people I tell you.

Recently just rented two units from this location. To start off the access codes provided never worked and would have to call them for seven day temporary codes. If you plan on taking a moving truck larger then a 16 foot truck to this location good luck you will not be able to get it into the majority of the units. The supervisors take their time to clear out units. Took them 12 days after the scheduled move out date to clear the lockers which resulted in me getting a late bill notice.
