Will definitely be coming back when the unit is needed again. I had the unti closest to the wooded area and did not find a single bug in my unti. Genuinely incredible customer service. Very poor experience. Can't get anyone on phone you leave messages and emails for 0 response back. Very difficult getting into online payment option. Rates then doubled on my 3rd invoice no way have I ever seen a $45.00 increase. I rented online a 10x10 the unit ended up being 10x6. Door was very difficult to open. There are better places with Customer service when you need help with bill pay exc. After moving out and requesting a statement to show move out that never happened. I would avoid this place I have never seen staff one you rent your on your own and if you can't make payment they won't call you to help you make payment. Unit Details Unit 618 10x10 Unit $95/mo ***Run a measuring tape Like I did it clearly measured less then 10' Your reply did nothing to correct the matter no storage company increases rates by 50% thats not a standard increase what so ever!!
