The property manager, Carolyn, was so helpful and understanding after the passing of my mom. She assisted us with cleaning out the unit and taking care of all the loose ends for her storage unit. They also were very helpful when my mom first became sick, and I needed assistance. I personally did not have a unit here but I would highly recommend according to the assistance I received during a very difficult time.
