It was so easy to sign up for a storage unit and it is very cheap. We went and checked it out before we took our belongings. It was easy to find and to get in is so much easier there is no steps to trip u up it’s all flat. It is very clean and kept up. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. I am very happy with the choice I made. I love the app too because u don’t have to get out of the vehicle to push the code it’s on the app.So much better.

I had a great experience with Brian, the manager at Extra Space Storage on Snyder Rd. Even though I spoke with him over the phone, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Since we’re new to Tennessee, he made the whole process of getting a storage unit feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Extra space storage was a excellent place to store my stuff. Mike helped me a lot during my process of checking out. Only stayed a month but it felt nice knowing my stuff was safe and well maintained. The app feature was nice to use for after hrs of getting in and out of the place. Definitely would recommend.

Bruce could not have been more accommodating I was having issues with the QR code reading on my phone. When I called in he walked me through the process and when we got disconnected he immediately called me back. The only thing that would have made it easier is if he moved me in and out. Thanks for the great customer service!
