I had to get verified by showing my ID and I was able to go to my local Myrtle Beach location to show them my ID and when we got into Knoxville, I had the gate code and unit number available on the app and the lock was waiting for me right at my unit. Everyone has been super helpful on this unexpected journey of ours! Bruce came to our unit to meet us and make sure everything was ok when we arrived. The farragut location is gated, has cameras and is easily accessible with a large truck. Would highly recommend.

It was easy to find and to get in is so much easier there is no steps to trip u up it’s all flat. It is very clean and kept up. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. I am very happy with the choice I made. I love the app too because u don’t have to get out of the vehicle to push the code it’s on the app.So much better.
