Chimera's customer service is nothing less than exceptional. She is definitely "the cream of the crop" as they say . This is my first time renting from ExtraSpace and Chimera's knowledge of everything is impeccable. She explained in detail everything from the payments to gate access to how to work the app down to the simplest things such as how to properly lock/unlock my unit using the cylinder lock. With her guidance, it genuinely felt like a tour and she left no question unanswered which makes me feel really at ease trusting my possessions with this company more specifically this location/staff. She was well-informed, punctual, and provided me with a suitable unit that fit my budget, leaving me satisfied.
