Let's start off with the staff. You walk in and are greeted with a warm, friendly smile. They listened to what I needed and were very helpful in choosing what size unit I needed. The unit themselves were clean, there was no damage to the doors or walls. Everything felt very secure. With regards to security, I felt fairly safe going there after hours and nights, knowing that everything was being taped. Knowing the climate we're in, thats good. The prices are fair enough compared to the competitors. We have other units in S. Florida, so its safe to say we are loyal customers. Your company has always been my goto for storage. Keep up the great work!

The manager is nice and I’ve always had good results talking to her. Unfortunately our unit doubled in price so we moved to a different company. We have had issues with rodents and we did not have food or anything exposed they could use as nest bedding. We had an indoor unit and it stunk two years in a row and last year had a ton of flies. I feel like they could do better with the upkeep.
