Memphis CDCI'm not sure if it's the newest Extra Space Storage in Memphis but it's a very nice facility. Clean units and secure location near dealerships. Roger (Robert) was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my account.

Been a customer here for 10 years and I’m currently in the process of clearing out my overpriced unit. The management and staff don’t listen to any questions or concerns. I have many damaged articles of clothing that were in my climate controlled unit. This is partially due to management not enforcing a rule to keep doors closed around the building & letting insects like moths inside. Horrible place. Dont waste your money here
