Extra Space Storage on Houston Levee is a wonderful facility. I’ve been storing my whole house of furniture there for several months now, while waiting to move into my new home. They’ve made my experience so convenient and comfortable. Great hours, easy access and great customer service. Mrs Carolyn has such an amazing, kind spirit, she helped me tremendously, she’s a beautiful lady. Brian is another awesome person there, he will definitely put a smile on your face. They have other staff members who are just as fantastic too. You can’t go wrong with Extra Space Storage, they really treat you right, almost like family. I definitely recommend them for all your storage needs.

I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage in Cordova, all thanks to the exceptional leadership of Store Manager Carolyn. From the moment I walked in, her professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness set the tone for an easy, stress-free process. Carolyn goes above and beyond for her customers, her warm hospitality made me feel valued and confident that I was making the right choice. The facility itself is immaculate. Every area I visited was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care. Its ideal location makes access incredibly convenient, and the security measures in place provided immediate peace of mind. Between the gated entry, surveillance systems, and Carolyn’s attentive oversight, I knew my belongings would be safe. As a military member, I also appreciated their military-friendly agreement, which truly demonstrated their commitment to supporting service members and their families. If you’re looking for storage in the Cordova area, I cannot recommend Extra Space Storage, and especially Carolyn, highly enough. Her leadership and customer-first mindset make this location stand far above the rest.

The staff was wonderful and friendly and was such a big help in both securing my unit and helping me gain access. The weekend I signed the rental agreement they were having difficulty with their computer system but still went out of their way to make sure I could get in and out of the facility.
