Donna was so incredibly helpful I cannot put it into words. I was receiving a glitch through the online rental and Donna was able to help me through my rental over the phone. Not only was she extremely efficient, but she was unbelievably kind and accommodating. I had a pleasant experience. I am very unfamiliar with storage rentals, and they took the time to explain everything to me over the phone. When I arrived to complete my reservation, the lady greeted me with kindness, took time to explain to me about parking, and escorted me to see the inside of the storage area. The process was quick and easy. They also had the locks available for purchase if you don't have your own. Thank you all for making what could have been a very uncomfortable experience for me comfortable.

I’ve had a very positive experience of renting storage units at Abbott Storage on Charlotte. Most recently David in the office has been so helpful with my recent moves out of units and into new units. David took the time hear what I needed and what I wanted to do and worked with my busy schedule. I’ve rented here for 15 years. Its clean and I feel safe working in and out of my units and being on the property. The staff is friendly and professional and will work with you; it’s important to ask, communicate and follow through! I recommend this facility. Reserving/renting a unit online is easy to do as is the in person the process. Talk to the staff and they will work with you!

Walked in for a storage unit on college dorm move out day for my daughter. The facility is just a short ride down the street from her college. Our transaction time was short, with great customer service from Caden and we were able to move our items in immediately.

At least once a week someone drops off a U-Haul in front of the gate, completely blocking off the entrance for up to 14 hours. I haven’t seen the homeless lady that was living there in a while, but saw a person sleeping on a cart in one of their hallways the other morning. They also cut the lock off my unit, leaving it unsecured, and refused to replace the lock. You can do better elsewhere.
