I called and spoke with Javier and Elian over the phone, and his customer service was amazing. He wasn’t pushy or sales-focused at all—he genuinely just wanted to help. When I came into the office, Karen was very welcoming and efficient. I could have chosen any storage facility nearby, but the outstanding customer service truly made the difference. I'm So glad I got a storage unit @ the Hamilton Church Rd location. It's been a little bumpy, but they are all willing to go the extra mile to get things right. Karen and Elion are the best! We've been in contact with each other for over a month and a half, and I think we've finally got everything worked out. There was a problem with the lock and it had to be replaced. Then, it was a mistake with the rent payment being misplaced, but they have done everything to help me out and fix the issues. They're always so accommodating. It's really appreciated 👍🏻!
