Nathan was amazing! He showed me four different storage units and took the time to go over all the details, even though I arrived late. He was patient, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the storage units look great—they even smell brand new. Overall, it was a great experience!

Renting a unit was easy and fast, and I did it from another city. My granddaughter did an onsite review and said everything looked clean, new, and security up to date. They were helpful to her, and it took me less than 10 minutes to complete the on-line application. I was approved and ready to go within minutes. Great expeience.

Process was super easy. I signed up from my phone on a lunch break and was able to access my unit after office hours without ever interacting with a person. The app unlocks the doors and the unit so I can check at any time if my unit has been messed with! I can invite someone else to download the app and share access if I ever need them to access my unit while I’m not there, and the app records their activity as well. So far so good. Very clean, automatic lights, bathrooms are kept up with. Overall a good first impression.

Our host was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me detailed answers to every question I asked. I was leaving my previous storage facility because my unit and a dozen others had been broken into. I loved the security system in Storelocal. There are cameras throughout as well as locked doors.
