Been calling everyday and they have zero customer service. We’ve been paying $174 forever. I changed the card on file and they told me it would be $174. The very next month they started charging $223 (only have 1 unit and the largest unit on website is $179, that’s the X’d out price, not the promotional price) so I think they’re charging me for someone else’s unit. They won’t answer their phone and won’t return voicemails to clarify the charges.

Nick BurdenI couldn't have picked a better storage facility to go to. Found it online and paid in advance for a 10'X10' unit. After i loaded the uhaul i realized that a 10'X10' wasn't going to be big enough, so when I arrived Debbie upgraded me to a 10'X15' and gave me a great deal and got me taken care of really quick! Customer service was definitely 6 star service, if you need a storage building this is definitely the place you want to go to!
