This storage facility has false advertisement. They claim first month is free with nothing down and then you reserve you unit and show up to be expected to pay an admin fee and the units monthly rent. And then to completely disregard me as a customer and not even abide by your advertisement is wrong. They will not get my business again. False advertisement and blowing customers off as if I was in the wrong and was the problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. We transferred our storage to a smaller one and the office lady didn’t transfer out paper work. She gave me a call saying they cut the lock off and they dug through our stuff to find a contact number, because we hadn’t paid since December. Which was a lie because we are paid up. When we went to the storage to check everything a lot of our totes were tipped over and cracked as if they were stepped on and gone through. They didn’t give us any compensation except a new lock which was damaged. Needless to say do not trust this place with anything. Please please go to any other storage facility than this one.

Initially when I was looking for a unit at the time I was, almost all places I looked for the size I needed were booked. I reserved a unit online for this location and when I went in to book it, I was told it was reserved for someone else. However, since I had gotten there before the other person who had reserved days earlier, I was given the unit and I was appreciative of that. I like that property is secured with a gate as well as the ease of access.

What can I say, it's a mini storage near our home. Service has been fine over the years. Rates increasing soon so we will probably stop using them, but we never had a problem with the services or facility.
