The facility is cluttered with discarded unwanted items. The property doesn't receive ANY kind of maintenance ie wooden fence never fixed after tornado, chain link fence has a huge torn down area, weeds growing up and over the fence. It appears people live in trailers/mobile homes on property. I would terrified to store anything of value there.

Reserved a car tow trailer from this location. When we went to pick up we were informed that the previous person with it never returned it so we had to move our reservation for the next day. She informed us she did not work the next day but she lived on the property so just call when we got there to pick up at 6:15pm. We showed up the second day and had to call for 2 hours over and over before giving up. Not only did she not inform us that it wouldn't be available although having our numbers on file wasting our time and gas. She ghosted us on day 2 as well. I still have yet to receive any return calls, despite leaving several messages.

Management (Sherri )will go above and beyond to help accommodate customers. Having never been there ,I was pleasantly surprised when she stayed an extra 25 minutes on a Saturday so I could rent a unit. The unit that I thought had been reserved at a different location fell through and we needed a storage unit that night .She was a blessing, it's good to know that there is still true customer service in this country.

My daughter rented a storage here. She wasn't able to have access for weeks. The day before it was due they called for money. She removed her stuff and was told my credit card would be charged $50.00. I did not rent from them. I only paid the 1st month and told the manager,this is a one time charge. She said yes mam . I suggest you either don't rent here or use cash.
