Do not use this storage facility. Our unit latch broke, ownership and management changed multiple times, and rates increased significantly. After we vacated, they continued charging the card on file and promised a refund by check that was never issued. Follow-up emails were ignored. Extremely poor management and billing practices.

I’m not sure if this is an Omen or what, but I arrived at this facility in hopes of renting a storage space. Upon arrival there was a sign on the door with a clock stating “Will Return”. With the clock showing 4:45. It was approximately 4:30 at the time. So I left and returned at 4:43 only to find that the clock was now showing “Will Return” at 5:15!!!!!!! I get it t, your facility does NOT want customers! Dont worry……

Your staff was very personable and professional and very, very helpful. I had items in one of your storage sheds a few years back and knew exactly where to bring my new storage items this time because you are so close to my house and it’s such a clean facility and very very happy thank you

They take your money and when it’s time to move into the unit that you have rented and paid for there’s a lock on the door and no one is available to help. I attempted to move in to a unit that I had rented on a Sunday and because the office was closed I was left standing in front of the unit I had rented with a truck full of furniture and no place to put it. When I called in to explain the situation, I was basically advised there was nothing that they could do and that I was to have a blessed day… in my opinion that translated to the middle finger. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. In response to the comment below from the owner… I did call, and the people were very rude and condescending and not the least bit helpful. The problem occurred Sunday night. The only solution to the problem. Was someone getting out there and removing the lock from the storage unit, there’s absolutely nothing that can be done now. Your people do not make you look good. You need to find people that are willing to do the job.
