Originally held a unit online, which is what brought me into this CubeSmart location in the first place. I was still planning to check out a couple of other storage places nearby, but that completely changed after talking with Deneen at the front office. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, she’s the reason I stopped my search. Because of how easy she made everything, I’ll most likely be renting additional units here as well. Excellent customer service.

I went into the store Deneen was very polite Deneen ask what l was storing ? I looked at her like why she then said she just need to know what size to look for I was like oh okay she ended up showing me a few units and I was pleased with how clean the property is she let me know the gate access told Deneen that this will be put in my business was I able to get 24 hour access she said she would see what she could make happen, l asked about gate code being my unit number because he will be having items delivered she said not a problem Deneen what great she really went out of her way to get me to rent here and I did I'm pleased that I was able to get into a climate controlled area with delivery. Thanks Deneen you made the process so easy.

Went in to move out but Deneen offered to down size me the 10 x 5 is perfect she came out looked at my space and told me how to stack Deneen is a great manager she goes over and above. Thank u Deneen

Dee is the best! I had such an awesome experience with Dee. She was super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She made everything quick and easy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. It’s not often you get customer service this good anymore! If you stop by , definitely ask for Dee — she’ll take great care of you!
