whoever the lady that works the front desk is… is RUDE. i asked (in a very kind way) if i could pickup a package before it went out for delivery tomorrow so i could have it in time. she immediately was passive aggressive acting like i should know that they get amazon packages at 6:00am and all other packages by 8:15am to be delivered for the day. when i called USPS customer service she explicitly told me my package was at the arp post office but got there minutes after my mail lady left to deliver for the day. the lady working went to “check” for my package & came back with a rude attitude. “i told you there’s nothing here.” i explained she didn’t have to be so rude and she said “well i’ve told you 3 times how it works. this is our office and how it goes here”. i’m so sorry i don’t work at the post office & know the ins & outs of packages being delivered. what i do know is the USPS representative told me my package was scanned in this morning after 8:30am at the arp post office and would be delivered tomorrow because they had just left. rude as heck lady that works the front desk. work on your customer service babe

I have lived in this area for over two years now and I’ve had multiple packages delivered from Amazon in that time. As is Amazons policy they use whatever local ground service is available and that sometimes falls to USPS. Almost ever single time the do use the Arp Postal service I have an issue with the package. The packages arrive damaged, they are dropped at the wrong house, the Amazon tracking says the package was delivered and they were not and don’t show up for sometimes days later, or they flat out don’t show up at all. This is a little town of less than a 1,000 people so not a real challenge for them to get to know the area. I also receive other people’s mail on a regular basis that doesn’t even match my address so I don’t know if the person delivering the mail is drunk, on drugs, or just flat out doesn’t care. It’s no wonder the postal service is on the brink of collapse.

I have now not received TWO packages in the last week that was supposed to be delivered by now. It says “usps cannot reach front door, back door, or mailbox”. This is absolutely ridiculous. You can gain access to ALL three of these locations. It’s just pure laziness and not wanting to put a box out. I don’t know if we have gotten a new delivery driver or what. But the last week has been just absolutely ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. This has NEVER been an issue in the past.

We asked them to hold our package for one day because it was something we needed and they take forever to deliver our packages so we were going to pick it up, and they got all rude with us and told us if we want them to hold packages we need to get a PO Box. It was literally just for one day.

They keep sending packages back to the sender as "Undeliverable" or "Incomplete Address" when I've received dozens of packages from Fed Ex and UPS just fine.
