Great storage facility that really goes above and beyond. Not only do they offer clean and secure storage units, but they also have parking, propane for sale, and U-Haul truck and trailer rentals, which makes it a one-stop shop for just about anything you need. The team here is what makes the difference. Crystal, Kay, and Scott are awesome—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They clearly take pride in running the property and it shows in how well everything is maintained and how smooth the customer experience is. If you’re looking for a storage facility that offers more than just space and is managed by people who actually care, this is the place. Highly recommend!

The good: Customer service, location, checkout, climate control was good, well kept and clean The bad: month to month contracts meaning prices can increase without a lot of notice. The worst: your 10x10 unit is closer to 9’1” x 9’9” This was a huge blow to my shelving install which were 9’6” I had to install one less shelving unit lowing my usability of the unit by 33% had I know the actual dimensions of the unit I’m more than likely would not have rented this one and gone with a bigger one. Lesson learned bring a tape measure if the exact dimensions are important to your use.

I picked Greenfill because of its location. It's convenient and priced accordingly. The reason I'm giving it a 5 star rating is because of the customer service. When you walk in the door and you hear cheerful voices and laughing....well.... you know the employees are happy with their job....and in turn....they treat YOU - the customer - with happiness, care, and respect. Every time I go into the office Crystal and Kay remember me and greet me by name. Too cool.

Had to find a Place to store my Boat came across this place called them. They were immediately very helpful had very reasonable prices. I didn’t get there till just before closing and they were still very welcoming and helped me to be able to get my boat stored. Great customer service very nice place.
