Absolutely disgusting and infuriating experience. Do NOT rent here. My original unit was infested with rats — droppings, urine, and filth everywhere. My property was destroyed: boxes chewed through, rugs and belongings soaked in rat urine and feces, and I had to throw so much away. After months of dealing with this, I moved to a new unit just three days ago, only to catch another rat inside. There isn’t even a trash bin available to dispose of the rat that got caught in the trap. It’s unbelievable that a facility charging these prices allows this kind of unsanitary, unsafe environment to continue. Management needs to take action immediately with full extermination and real preventive measures. This place is a health hazard. Do not store your belongings here.

Save yourself the trouble do not rent here! I’ve had storage here for years it was decent but has changed this place is very dirty there is no one who cleans it smells like syrup or mothballs very strong on 2nd floor. Also rats infested everywhere they ate through my belongings also unsure how but several things were missing. I had trash from rats eating everything and they take no responsibility won’t let you dispose of anything and the rats are the reason for trash. They never offered to accommodate me or change units but honestly very very dirty place seems like due to the problems management states they are aware of and working with health department that’s how bad it is. Rats peed and sloshed on so many things had to trash. Honestly you can get sick in this place I think they are putting mothballs everywhere. The smell will ruin your things. For 239 a month I will rent elsewhere.

This place has gone above and beyond for everything I needed. Tarra has bern beyond helpful. Ive had many deliveries that required communication and she was more than on top of it. Everyone there is super nice and accommodating. 100% will be using them onward forever!

We use extraspace storage for all of our supplies. We specifically like their big climate controlled options. Call and ask for Tarra, she will make sure you’re taken care of! However, everyone at this location knows great customer service. From one business to another, great partnership!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! A RAT DIED in my unit after 1 month of renting! There is rat droppings EVERYWHERE in the hallways in front of multiple units. I saw a rat climbing a pole in the 3rd floor so nowhere in the building is safe. There’s many openings for the rats to get in the unit. I had to throw away many things because they were covered in pee and poop that I could not clean. I saw other people deep cleaning their unit with gloves on so i’m sure they had a similar experience. I did not bring gloves with me because I was not expecting to be dealing with a biohazard. The smell while disposing of the rat was one of the worst things I had to deal with and it stayed inside the unit for a long time. Deep cleaning everything I own will take me several days. I also saw a rat go inside the bottom corner of a closed outdoor unit. I don’t know how it fit, but it disappeared so I assume it squeezed its way inside. Absolutely unacceptable, 0 stars if I could. I also accidentally left my house keys inside after the doors locked at 10 and I called asking if there was any way to get them to open and they said that location had no managerial override. So in case of emergencies, you’re screwed.
