So far so good! Rented the size we needed online. Got a nice message from the office letting us know all the details we would need. In addition we got detailed written instructions by email to get access to the unit. You can open the access door with an app on your phone which is very helpful. No problems with elevators or finding a cart to use. Lights and AC all good too!

I enjoyed this place! Staff was nice and made everything easy. Whenever I had a question, they never made me feel like a bother their answers were quick and detailed. While I was renting, the only inconvenience was the elevator in my building breaking but even then, they were communicative and the new elevator works better and should be good for awhile haha

It’s like the apocalypse here. I had a storage unit on the ground floor. It was broken into in September. I then spent a day moving to a new one, only for that also to get broken into. There are many many storage units that have been forced into on the ground floor, and remain un-fixed after 2 months. No change to security measures, and the whole premises is an incredible soft target. The manager, Tyler, is doing his best but it seems like the head office doesn’t seem to care or is too useless to get anything done. Security is hopeless. There are cameras but they only watch the doors and elevators, and thieves can go about their business unobstructed. There is no human presence after 6pm on the premises, and the fence can easily be climbed. Thieves take the carts all the time too. To top it off, my monthly rental went up 66% in one year, and despite Tyler trying to get some sort of rebate for my hassle extra space head office has kept rejecting the request. What I am paying $216 a month for I have no idea. Whether or not Tyler remains I have no idea - he seems to be at the end of his rope with Extra Space. GET A GRIP EXTRA SPACE. Your customers and employees are not happy! I am deeply worried about the security of your premises and your ability to operate.

Jonathan was helpful getting me into the appropriately sized storage unit. Knowledgable staff. Clean and safe facility. Super easy access via app..well lit at night.
