Thank you Tamra for fixing the flooding issue near my unit! I think you were already working on it but, glad you responded to my concerns. I just went by there and all of the water is gone!

Great Facility, be sure to show up prepared.

Friendly staff, nice looking facility, very well maintained. Worth noting that you are required to insure your unit, so if you have off-site storage insurance coverage with your renters insurance, be sure to bring a copy of your policy, otherwise they will make you buy their insurance ($11/mo is the lowest rate they offer). Also worth noting is that you have to have a cylinder lock to rent a unit. They charge $19.99 for a lock that you can buy across the road at Cothron's for half the cost. Aside from these sneaky ploys to add to their bottom line, the rest of my experience went smoothly.
