About Stash N Go Storage - O'Neal

Space is usually only available at a premium, but Stash N Go Storage offers many options at reasonable prices. Our Austin, TX storage services are secure and easy for you to access.

This self storage facility opened their doors in 1985 with three steel buildings that housed 5x5, 5x10, 5x20, 10x10 and 10x20 units. The facility is fenced with electronic gate access along with dusk to dawn security lights. We are just off the Mopac frontage road in the southwest corner of Parmer/Mopac behind the Children's Courtyard. New ownership took over in March of 2015 and has worked to improve operations by offering online access to tenant's payment history along with online one time and automatic bill payment.

We are proud to call Austin home for over 25 years. We got to Texas as fast as we could. We have been invested in the Austin real estate market for most of that time. Great value, perfect location

We just moved into our unit at Stash N Go, which is currently under new management, yesterday afternoon. Initially, I was a little skeptical of the unit due to their pricing being lower than any other 10 X 20 unit in the area, significantly lower. Check in, was a breeze to say the least. I was a little embarrassed because I forgot I had made an appointment to show up at 2:00, and of course the truck was late so that delayed our move out process a few hours. Management was over accommodating in making sure someone was available at the time we would eventually be showing up. When we arrived, we were greeted openly and warmly. The storage place itself was a little rough around the edges when you first pull up, but once you take a walk around it isn't much different from any other storage place. Besides, he new management is busy making tons of upgrades that he was showing me while I was there checking in. Paperwork was quick and easy and we opted in for the additional insurance which as only about 11 bucks a month, didn't seem like a bad idea to me. Overall, everything was very smooth and our specific unit was clean and spacious. We will be here for 6 months, and with this place being right at the corner of Mopac and Parmer, you cant really beat the location.

I have a really good experience with these people at stash and go storage. Conveniently located off of mopac and parmer first secure storage facility as far as no management being on site, per say but with an office close by in round rock. They also have climate control units along with non climate control unit and plenty of big storage for cars boats RVs it also has a storage defender protection which text you if it recognizes movement inside your unit and management. The secure and nice place to store your keepsakes or toys

Stash-n-Go Is the only storage solution in Austin, as far as I'm concerned. Everything runs exactly like it's supposed to, but better. Great prices, easy access, professional, accommodating... I can't say enough great things about my experience.

Lock did not work. Had to change units several times, and then recieved a rusted lock that I made sure closed right. Now I am being threatened to be charged and my stuff unsecured, them saying that there was a mislock that was entirely my mistake (ignoring the fact that all of their locks are rusted) and providing no further details I am currently out of the country and deeply regretting having trusted these storage units from the moment no lock would open up Follow up: they were very helpful

The StashNGo staff have been the best. Nina was always there to make sure things worked out no matter the situation. I’ve had storages before but this location (O’Neal ) was the best by far. I recommend StashNGo for your storage needs anyday over the rest !!! Thank You Nina and staff at StashNGo!!!

They accused me of living there 2 days after I paid $275.00.I was NOT living there! I would go there to get work done. No where does it say I can't do that!! The code stopped working 2 times while I was INSIDE and I couldn't get out! Called the emergency # and got hung up on and still not let out!! Had to go ask someone that was and still is living in their unit to let me out!! But they are also friends with the property manager!! Then they tried to keep my stuff after giving me 3 days to move out and then locking me out for 2 and a half days!! Got no money back!! Rip off they do what they want to whom they want!! Horrible customer service
