When I needed to remove someone as an authorized user from my unit, Steven went above and beyond to help. Look no further…Just rent here; it’s simple, cheap, safe, and they are easy to work with. Special shoutout to Steven, I was a walk-in and he took time (while training a co-worker btw) to show me a perfect unit for what I needed, set me up quickly with a great deal, and even allowed me to see that my car fit in the unit (HUGE UNITS; more space than others). Would give 10 stars if I could.

Storage Star has been amazing, Steven has been readily available to answer questions and make sure I was happy and squared away, and the fact that they have someone onsite 24/7 is such a difference from storage chains where I’ve had units broken into multiple times.
