I initially chose this facility for its location and pricing, and while the front desk staff have always been polite, my concerns lie with the facility itself. After moving into a cheaper unit I found online storage king, the rent was increased by nearly 50% within a month—a deceptive and costly practice, especially after I had already paid to move from my old unit. The facility also has a clear rat and roach infestation, and when reported, I was told "I" could purchase poison to fix it—an unacceptable response. In addition, repeated failures of the security gate left me unable to access my belongings, creating further inconvenience. I have since moved to Public Storage on Garth Rd., TX, where I found better pricing, climate-controlled units, and professional management. My purpose in sharing this review is not to invite apologies or excuses from their management team, but to ensure others are aware of the poor standards, hidden costs, and lack of accountability at this facility.
