I rented 2 storage units when there was an online special and had $25 credit for each, so that when I got to the place in person I'd be charge only the difference. However the guy accidentally charged me full price for one of the storages so he wrote a note for the next month to remind himself to apply that $25. Unfortunately I never moved in so I ended up canceling and expected a refund of $25. However the management changed and everything was now being done over the phone. I sent them receipts as proof of the online payments I made and the charges from my bank and they still don't want to give me back my $25 credit. They are thiefs, do not rent here. Customer service is terrible. I spent a lot of time calling about this and was given a ticket number and was told I'd receive a check in the mail for the $25 and when I didn't get it I called back and it's like I'm going through the same process of trying to get my money back all over again. They keep fighting me on it so they don't have to give me my money back. I was contacted by someone some time after that sounded like I was being contacted from the States, and they were able to give me money back. I didn't even bother to tell them that it was a 3 month special because I was just done with it. This person was very nice and knew what to do. However I would never rent there again.

We won a storage unit on an auction on Sept 11th and Paid our $100 deposit via phone with Holden the same day. We went and cleaned out the unit (it was only 5x5) within 24 hours. We took a picture before the deadline, submitted and called to notify as well on Sept 13th. We were told we would receive our deposit back within 3-7 days. It has been 16 days and we still don't have our deposit back. We have called numerous times. I was finally able to reach someone named Stephanie, who stated she was the manager. She also stated that she has only been the manager for a week and she hasn't been briefed on the status of things. After explaining to her the situation she stated she was going to reach out to the customer service department and call me back. Today is Sept 29th and I still have not received a call back or my deposit back. I am writing this review to make others aware as well as for documentation purposes in the event further action is needed.

Set up was fast and easy. Getting my stuff into the unit n getting my lock was as well. When I came back two days later to put other items in my climate controlled unit there was a lock on the outside building, no worries security I understand. What was ridiculous was when I was not sent an email or text with the code. I called, and was on the phone for 20 min with the rep and they had no idea and could not get a hold of the on site person. I left. Got a call asking to come back and meet with them.
