I was there 2 months then discovered rat poop and damage to my items. I had to make a claim but the item that got chewed was priceless. It was a gift from my mom who passed away. It was brought from Guadalajara. Worth $1500 but even if it was $ 5, it meant the world to me, and It saddened me greatly.

I spoke with 3 different agents and out of the 3 two of them gave me great detail and what to expect in the future as far as payment’s The other agent was also good but lacked some important information Overall I was very pleased with all 3 Great job and thank you guys
