Locks get cut off what seems like a weekly basis. Called the police after our 3rd lock was cut off & unit was ransacked. Was told that in 12/23, 80% of the units were broken into & they had to file a huge report. Was never notified of anything even though our unit was included. Sheriff said that the owner should have made the notification. Allegedly, the cameras work but never were provided to the police since the owner “is the only one that has access to them”. Was told by the phone agent that the owner was on the way…2 1/2+ hours & police report later, no one ever showed up. The sheriff tried calling every number they had from previous break ins, no one answered, no one returned the call. I requested to have the owner call me, the agent said “you’ll see him, he’s on the way up there” & didn’t take my info to pass along. As of now, 2/18/24, there are over 15+ units with locks cut off. Units 59-23 should check their units!! After all our power tools, tool bag, baby bed, clothes, & shoes were stolen, this will most definitely be our last month here. UPDATE: as of 3/3, locks on numerous units have been cut off again! The 4th time in about 3-4 months. Locks are littering the floor in each row again. The front gate was left wide open, not that it matters since it’s a partial front gate. Moving out today. Good luck to everyone who dares! Get a high insurance amount!

Reasonable rate but you get what you pay for. Only half the lot is covered by security cameras (There's one camera), the staff on the phone is OK but not very kind or willing to go out of their way to assist or troubleshoot (not to mention scattered availability). The area isn't the safest and recently many of the units were broken into. Following the break in, only the latches were replaced and no further steps taken to prevent break ins in the future. When I inquired about it, they said, "You can't stop thieves."

Unit got broken into December, priceless items that I can never get back. Poor lighting and cameras are a joke. Don't trust this place.

My Unit was broke into 3 times before I could get what was left out. No security cameras working. Nothing resolved. Basically really didnt seem to care. I got an I'm Sorry....
