I've had family that worked and stored with this company over the past year and I have been extremely disappointed. They make a lot of promises and guarantees, but never follow through. I ran into a sweet young lady last October, that was very helpful and informative. It's a shame for the company she is no longer there. I am delighted to be working with her elsewhere

Wonderful management and very clean facility. It's very spacious for storing large furniture. The transition from one size the next (if needed) is easy and seamless. Melaney was so helpful and gave us upfront pricing. Update: This place is under new management. He can't seem to get the after hours locks right because I have been locked out of my storage twice now. The first time I showed up at 9:30 and the next day he said something about daylight saving time messing with the locks. So the second time I made sure to show up at 8:30 and was locked out again. I double checked my app to make sure I was putting the code in correctly, but I also was able to use said code during business hours (3:30/4:00) to retrieve my business supply and had no issues. So I KNOW it wasn't anything I was doing wrong. Now I have a car full of stuff that I can't store. With the morning being a school day and I have a carpool of children to put in said car. I'm pretty ever-loving mad right now!! I'm paying for a storage I can't use and I feel like they are holding my stuff hostage.

Mr Dave was very helpful and showed me the unit before renting it to me to make sure it would work. It is nice and clean. Out of 1-10 Mr Dave gets a 10 Clean gets a 10 temperature inside gets a 10 Keep up the good work

The back side door has been broken since we got our storage unit, and today they bolted the door shut and you can only use the front door now. That's inconvenient but fine. We have things in our storage for our business that we have to load up and pack the car to the brim with stuff and go out and vend, and then come back. They lock the doors at 10:00pm and you can't get in, even with your code. We had to use the front door for the first time today and we made sure to be back before 10:00 so we could put everything away. We get there at around 9:15pm and it won't accept my code and says unavailable at this time. We are unable to unload anything and have to pile back in the car and leave it in our vehicle overnight. Not convenient at all. Also, it is supposed to be climate controlled, but it is not very good at it. I know the Texas heat is a beast, but it is still hot as hell in there.

I don't know where to start. These units were so clean compared to other storage facilities I have looked at. Also, Melanie up front is probably the most helpful person I've ever dealt with. She definitely is making it to where I want to rent a unit there. I looked at these storage units a few months ago and they were horrible. It's like walking into a completely different set of storage units, they are so clean. Whatever y'all are paying melanie, you need to increase it 😂
