Unpopular OpinionsOnline payments are quick and easy. When I do need to speak with someone they're quick to settle any issues or problems I have. When I needed a new lock for my unit they sent someone to cut the old lock off and brought a new one. It was great because I was handling my mother's funeral at the time and I was relieved that someone was able to help during that difficult time.

Overall good experience so far. Location is great. Love the perimeter fence and automated gate. Prices are very reasonable and staff is helpful. Love the online payment system, very convenient. Only negative I have is the storage room was filthy dirty. Cobwebs and thick dust everywhere. I figured it would have been swept out prior to me receiving it since upon my return back I'm supposed to sweep clean the room. But overall positive.

Something had happened at the unit and they stepped and notified us afterwards. They took the initiative to notify us and make sure the unit was secure. I honestly have to say that is a first time I have had a storage facility do anything like this. I would definitely recommend using this company and this wonderful staff.
