The online lease process and registration is very easy. The spaces are very clean and the promo prices make this a great deal. I recommend this place. Update: took off 1 star because of the major price hike.

I absolutely love my 20x40 unit.it has its own door, it came with 240v outlets, its big enough for all my cars and equipment, and for building them into drift missiles the manager paula is super polite as well as the other renters, and it's really cool to see an occasional dinosaur(you'll understand when you rent a unit lol). the lot stays decently clean with lots of space to make u turns in my truck. they also have a large wash bay that has an outlet, so I can detail cars with my only gripe would be when I got the unit I had to remove the rat catchers which had so many bugs in them that had me relictant at first, like I would have to deal with bugs but, I haven't seen not one in the months I've been here which my last storage was a new building and I had spiders all the time and they would make nests everywhere so I'm very happy with the place and plan to grow my shop here

No staff on-site ever. Very nice unit's. Kinda out of the way. Trying to get someone on the phone can be a huge wait( struggle)
