I was excited about the initial no contact sign up method online. I signed up for a 10x10, and it was advertised as air conditioned with outside access. I came in the same day that I reserve the unit for. First, I arrived and the gate code I was given through email was partially incorrect. There was an addition of a star and pound symbol to make it work I later found out. If I had come thirty minutes later, and the office was closed I would not have been able to gain access. Also, when I arrived I found my unit with no outside access. After speaking to the manager I found out that they do not have any units with outside access. She then told me this is an online error as it is advertised, and this is a common problem when booking online. After trying to cancel my contract I was informed that she could not do that, and I would need to call customer service for assistance. After speaking to customer service while still in the office I was told that refunds for cancellations can only be done at the office I was renting from. The manager then said she will try and speak with a higher level manager to try and get a refund for cancellation as it is the same day I am moving in. Slightly frustrated about what was happening, and because I had a truck full of things I needed to unload, I asked about other units. The manager was wonderful and coordinated a unit that was near a door. Approximately a week later I go back to drop more things off. I found that the door that was closest to my unit was locked. Only one door to the building was open, and it was the farthest from my unit. I called the office but there was no answer because they were closed. I received a call the following day to follow up on the missed call. I was informed that those doors are locked when the office is closed for security reasons. When asked how is it more secure when there is still one door open to the building the only explanation given is that was their protocol. Overall the process has been a little frustrating. If moving all these things to another unit wasn’t such a pain I would do so, but I do plan on doing so when I have more time. The best part of this company is the front of house staff who have been very helpful and friendly, and the reason why I gave two star reviews. Other than that I would no recommend getting a unit here.

We did a contactless sign up online and the storage unit was ready same day. When we went to see it for the first time, the unit was clean and a bag was placed inside with instructions on how to use the lock. Overall, the building was very well lit and very clean!

This place is wonderful never have any problems and if I do they always help me out. I have 2 units. Thank you for the new person in the front office she really help me. I use the storage on Holly and Staples.

Break-in within days — no response from management I moved my items into this storage unit mere days ago, and my unit was already broken into. Most of my belongings were high-value personal items, including clothing and accessories, and nearly everything was stolen. Corporate customer service notified me of the break-in, but when I went to the local office, it was closed. I’ve called customer service twice, and they’ve tried to reach both the property and district managers, but I haven’t received a single call back. I have a photo showing the aftermath of the theft, yet I still haven’t been able to access what’s left of my items or get any updates. It’s deeply concerning that there’s been no communication or accountability after such a serious incident. I am now leaving town for several days and have no access to my belongings (what’s left) and no forward movement. Customer service has been very responsive but it means nothing if the local management isn’t responding. Absolutely cannot recommend.

i stopped by on saturday just to look at units for next month there was a man and a woman working i think the guys name was jacob i wasnt even planning on getting anything that day just kinda shopping around but he still took the time to help me out and answer all my questions he didnt act annoyed or try to rush me at all which i really appreciated super patient and easy to talk to definitely made a really good impression id recommend asking for him if you need storage
