I had a great experience at the CubeSmart on Wooldridge thanks to Jacob. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the units and the process. He made everything quick and easy, answered all my questions, and had a really positive attitude the whole time. It’s clear he takes pride in keeping the property organized and making sure customers are taken care of. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend working with Jacob if you’re looking for storage!

It was an amazing experience booking my storage unit online. I selected my needed storage size, paid, signed my lease agreement in a heartbeat!! All that was left to do was drive up to the storage facility to unload my furniture and belongings! The young manager, Travis at the Wooldridge location was very nice and courteous. Great attitude with an awesome, friendly smile. He helped me with entering the gate code as I was a bit confused and being unsuccessful in entering the code. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone needing fast, efficient, and a great place to store your valuables!! Thank you, Travis!!
