Receptionist/office manager was very helpful in helping me pick a unit and a decent plan. She explained everything and was super friendly. Didn't know there are pricing games with storage units now, I blame this as corporates fault. Flat rates would be much easier. Will see how the rates are at the end of my 4 months. UPDATE: My rate after 4 months went from $80 to $170+. Prompting me to move out. The staff is top notch. The price is a reflection of greed. I will consider using this facility again (only because of the staff) if they can negotiate a competitive rate compared to others in the area.

On the evening of Feb 3, 2026. A Blonde white lady who works there nearly made my ears bleed as I was walking i front of her parked red jeep to help my family get the gate open. She blew her horn about 4 or 5 times while I was directly infront of her and then after I told her that I knew them and they were with me.. she had the nerve to tell me she would find out what unit I was in and not renew my lease for next month. She also said I should be grateful that shes there... doing her job. So if this is how you treat your customers, I dont want to do business with Extra Space. You lost a customer because of this erratic behavior.

Super simple website to use to secure a storage unit and great prices. A quick call from the manager Zana while I was signing my online agreement to confirm and make sure I had no additional questions was a very pleasant surprise and saved me from having to call them! Would recommend!
