First off, the office was clean and smelled good. The young lady by the name of Nette was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was quick to finish up the process aswell. All this took place in the rain and she had no issue showing me the unit.

They honor their promotions and the process is quick and convenient. However, on the day I moved in, the lock that was placed inside my unit went missing. No one was in the office when I went to report it, and when I returned, the neighbor next to my unit suddenly “offered” me an extra lock—which was clearly the same one taken from my unit. It was unsettling and made me question the security. The property upkeep isn’t the grestest; some units are boarded up and vehicles are parked in inconvenient areas. The one positive is that they do have around 42 cameras on-site, so they’re fine for short-term or temporary storage needs, but I wouldn’t choose them long-term.
