He answered all of my questions, ensured my storage unit was clean and ready before I moved my belongings in, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. Sherry and Monique are outstanding employees they go beyond expectations! But while they aren’t there that other employee named Lisa is always talking to her self like there’s another person in the room with her. What a weirdo! But other than that sherry and Monique absolutely should get 5 stars!

I am, quite honestly, deeply grateful to the business management. I would like to extend a special thank you to the administration for their security guard, who is exceptionally honest and possesses very high moral standards. Believe it or not, I had misplaced my mobile phone and, being unsure of where I had left it, was in a state of bewilderment. When I went to my storage unit as usual, the administration called me aside and informed me that I had lost my phone. I immediately asked them how they had come to possess it; they explained that the security guard had found it. By reviewing the surveillance footage, he was able to determine exactly how it had slipped from my grasp; he then identified my vehicle, notified the administration, and handed over my lost phone. I thank the administration, and offer a special word of gratitude to the security guard for his diligence in safeguarding the business's premises—and, above all, for his honesty. Believe me when I say that I am truly grateful to the administration for having such a caliber of security personnel on their team, and I highly recommend this wonderful facility to anyone in need of a storage unit.

THE ENTIRE FACILITY WAS BROKEN INTO. THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP RECLAIM MY PROPERTY. EVERYONES UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO. Cube smart IS REMOVING THE BAD REVIEWS. THE MANAGEMENT REMOVED ALL THE CAMERAS IN THE ENTIRE FACILITY . THE POLICE HAS DONE NOTHING TO BRONG JUSTICE TO THIS SITUATION. My insurance did not pay out and the management would not give me their insurance information. The managers were obviously guilty. They were cheerful and did not seem to care nor worried. They knew they would get away with this crime.

Wonderful place, great personalities, had a quality rental experience. Was quick and easy in and out no problems. Place seems to be pretty kept up since Cube Smart took over.. I will enjoy my time here as an occupant until I’m done here.
