We we’ve been working now with extra space for a couple of years. We moved from a large home to smaller one and now with the kids gone, we’re moving to a small smaller living space still. It’s been 25 years living in Dallas, and we’re moving out to California. In the past couple of months, we put our stuff into a couple of units. We’re going to figure out where we want to live before bringing all of our stuff with us out to California. Michael, who’s the store manager here on Dallas Parkway near the ND tollway has been absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. He’s thoughtful, patient, efficient, smart, and listens well to find the right solution for us. Anyone that works with him will be incredibly grateful for the experience. Obviously, you’ll need to be kind and understand me as well.

Extra Storage is great. They have monitored, temp-controlled storage, so I never worry about any of my things. They also have many convenient locations; mine is only a mile from my house. Most importantly, though, the staff is fantastic to work with!

Manager Michael provided excellent service for Extra Storage Space rental. He always answered the phone promptly and offered very flexible solutions based on the renter’s situation. For example, when our condo was damaged by a natural disaster due to a broken pipe, we needed temporary storage for our furniture so the condo could be restored. Michael and his storage facility provided exactly the support we needed during that difficult time. We will definitely recommend him and his storage services to our friends. Thank you again!
