I almost forgot about her lol!! Ladonna and Mack at Smartstop Storage in Dallas are some of the most genuine people I’ve met in all my years. I was just making a delivery for work and I met Ladonna for the first time. She’s so great that she made me remember to give a review after my deliveries for the day. I don’t have a storage unit here but I highly recommend it. I DID IT LADONNA! Lol

After a grueling attempt at reserving and moving in to a different storage facility I contacted sparefoot and was connected with Ladonna (forgive me if I'm getting names wrong) and she was an absolute delight! I drive right over and Mack set me up with a unit in no time! After all was said and done accompanied by some laughs and AWESOME customer service i left the facility with an empty truck and smile!!! I would recommend this facility to everyone!!!
